India lost Major Rohit Kumar and Major Anuj Rajput in the helicopter crash in Udhampur district of J&K today. Pilot and a co-pilot who were rushed to the hospital earlier today were declared dead.
An Army helicopter crash-landed in a dense forested area in Jammu and Kashmir’s Udhampur district earlier on Tuesday, officials said. According to the police excessive fog in the area had reduced visibility in the area, which may have led to the accident. The pilots were evacuated, both pilot and co-pilot were injured.
