The Indian Army is going to declare the Territorial Army Exam Results 2017 shortly. The Indian army conducted the Territorial Army exam to get Army Officers.
About TA 2017 Exam:
On 30th July 2017, the preliminary board of territorial army conducted the exam at different locations in India. The applicants were undergone two objective type exams. The Two papers were:
Paper 1: Maths (100 marks)
Paper 2: GK & English (100 marks)

Territorial Army Exam Markings:
The paper made it mandatory to clear the 40% sectional cutoff in all the sections. Apart from this, the candidate needs to get minimum 50% marks in both the papers individually to get shortlisted for the Interview stage.
For every correct answer, 1 marks will be provided to the candidate while half (1/2) marks will be deducted as penalty against wrong answer.

Territorial Army Officer Selection Procedure:
Stage 1: This stage includes written exam that was conducted at selected centers. The exam was basically to judge the aptitude knowledge that includes Maths, GK and English questions. This time the Exam was conducted via OMR sheets.
Stage 2: The candidates who will make into the written exam, will be called for Personal Interview at Pune headquarter. During the interview phase, the initial documents check (including job verification, DOB verification, etc) will be done.
Stage 3: The selected candidates who will clear the Personal Interview will be allotted SSB at different SSB center. At SSB, the candidates will undergo psychological test, GTO test and Interview.
Stage 4: The Recommended candidates will be taken for medical exam.
Stage 5: The final candidates who will be declared medically fit for Indian Army will be shortlisted on the basis of Merit list.
After merit list, further training procedure will be disclosed to the recommended candidates.

Verdict:
It is clear that the overall pattern of Territorial Army 2017 is a bit tough for the defense aspirants. However, with smart study, it is easy to succeed in this exam. The aspirants are eagerly looking forward for the exam. The expected date of TA result deceleration is expected to be in November 2017.
