Group Captain AV Samsi took over the command on 21 Sep 62 as the first President of the Board. Here, the candidates who are shortlisted for SSB are tested for Officer Like Qualities via 5-days SSB process. The board has all necessary amenities and facilities for a comfortable stay and the AFSB Mysore.
