Indian Navy Pilot/ATC Entry 2018. Apply now

The Indian Navy has come up with a gift for the aspirant on this Holi. The Indian Navy has released the notification for the recruitment of officer in Indian Navy as Pilots / Air Traffic Controllers. The entry will be a direct entry and the candidates don’t need to go through any competitive exam for it. The call for the SSB will be sent after declaration of an official cut off. Those student who have their marks more than that cut off will be called for the SSB. The Batch will start from January 2018. Some crucial details about the entry are given below.
Who Can Apply – The entry is for unmarried men and women.
Type of Commission– The entry will provide Short Service Commission to the candidates.
Post – The entry will open the gates for the post of pilot/ air traffic controller in Indian Navy.
          Educational Qualification – The educational qualification is same for both men and women. Candidates having minimum 60% marks in B.E. Or B. tech is eligible to apply for the entry. The candidates must also have Physics and Maths in 12thstandard. B.tech/B.E. Final year student are also eligible for the entry. Final year candidates must have scored 60% marks till the 5th/7thsemester. The aspirants who want to apply for ATC need to fulfil another condition, that is, they have scored aggregate 60% marks in 10th and 12th standard and must have scored minimum 60% in English subject in 12th standard.
          Age limit– The age limit for ATC and pilot entries are different
.) Pilot – The age range for the pilot entry is from 2 Jan 1994 to 1 Jan 1999. CPL holders are relaxed with the age range of 2 Jan 1993 to 1 Jan 1999.
.) ATC – The candidates having their age in the range of 2 Jan 1993 to 1 Jan 1997

Important Dates – the candidates can apply for the entry starting from 11 March, 2017 to 31 March, 2017 on joinindianNavy.gov.in.
